Payment Procedure
After you have discussed the itinerary with our manager and have got the invoice with submitted prices, you can make the payment.
Payment Policy
First payment - 30% of the total cost is required for the reservation.
Final payment – 100% of remaining amount due to 60 days prior to the trip.
In case of cancellation of the Tour, the Customer may be subject to the following penalties:
- 30% of the Tour cost, if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the Tour;
- 100% of the Tour cost, if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the start of the Tour.
"The Arctic Circle" Dive Centre and Lodge and the Customer may agree other Tour cancellation terms corresponding to the cancellation terms applied by an air carrier or hotel.

Note:
- Prices in Euro per person per day with TWIN or DOUBLE accomodation;
- Single accommodation fee is 90% of the cost of accommodation for 2 persons
- In case of triple accomodation (two adults and a child) tourists are due to pay full price of two beds and an extra bed per child;
- Infants aged 6 or under can stay free of charge when sharing a room with paying adults (if they do not need a separate or extra bed and a suitable room is available);
- Children under the age of 10 will be charged 50% per child;
- the third bed and all the following are paid as extra beds in case if at least one bed in the room is paid at full price.

Accomodation prices include:
- Full board - all meals and snacks (3 meals a day), tea, coffee and soft beverages round-the-clock;
- Russian steam bath (banya) daily FOC;

* The prices of diving services are valid when ordering and paying in advance. When ordering dives directly at the dive center, the prices will be 15% higher.
** The group prices are valid when the group consists of four or more divers on the same dive trip. If the dive centre has confirmed to you a group price for diving on the requested dates, the price will not increase, even if the group of the specified size is not gathered by the day of your trip..

Excursions to the reindeer farm and the northern sled dog breeding kennel
We have got a small reindeer farm and a sled dog breeding kennel at our Lodge.
The reindeer is a nice pet that has been living next to people for many centuries. Reindeer are hardy and unpretentious, amiable and obedient. We have got five animals at our farm now.
Northern sled dogs are amazing creatures: both agility and love for people are characteristic for them, they are intelligent and very friendly, and their soft fur and funny "smiles" leave no one indifferent! Visitors of the "Arctic Circle" kennel will meet fine representatives of such northern breeds as alascan malamute (four dogs), alascan husky (two dogs), and three lovely puppies of yakut husky.

You can not only take pictures and pat the dogs, but also go for a walk with them and even ride a dogsled with a team of 2 or 4 dogs, accompanied by an experienced musher (dogsled driver). It is also a chance for adults to try themselves as dogsled drivers, if approved by the coach. |
